2001
NCP, which was also known as Best Second Hand Car Parts was founded in a small industrial warehouse in Penrose, a central suburb in the heart of Auckland. The company consists of 2 employees and a logistics operator and initially deals with small exports to the Middle Eastern markets.
2005
The business expands. Now we are at 9 employees.
2007
East Tamaki Site - Warehouse expansion with an increase in storage area to 9,800 sq, yards.
2013
NCP enters the Partstrader and Capricorn markets
2016
IT department expansion and implementation of NCP B2B.
2018
Wiri Site - Further expansion of the warehouse, with storage area increased to 12,500 sq. yards.
2022
Warehouse expansion, with storage space increased to around 18,000 sq. yards.
Today NCP is one of the leading companies in New Zealand in the trade of original car parts. With over 50 employees, 2.5 million items sold per year and a global network reaching more than 100 panel repair workshops nationwide, NCP serves more than 500 customers including importers, traders, distributors and specialists.
